Challenge 1:

Functional Testing Service and management of the Testing process under the agile methodology for different projects: Commercial Allies Portal (Venezuela and Colombia), Vacations Portal (Venezuela and Colombia) and Monetary Reconversion 2021 (Venezuela).

Commitment:

Offer a functional testing service under the agile methodology:

    • Participate in Interaction Planning, in order to identify: the scope of the project, detailed risk analysis of user stories, determine testability, create acceptance tests, calculate the test effort for all test tasks and identify functional and non-functional aspects of the system to be tested.
    • Design of functional, systems and regression test case matrices.
    • Sending of the case matrix to the Client for review and approval.
    • Participate in the estimation of hours to test each user story, using the Scrum Poker tool.
    • Prepare the necessary data for the tests.
    • Run the user stories contained in the tasks that have been moved to the QA column of the Jira board.
    • Create, manage and track issues, bugs and improvements in the Jira tool.
    • Retesting of updated tasks in the Jira board in the QA column.
    • Participate in the Daily with the team.
    • Send test reports to interested parties.
    • Participate in test certification in conjunction with end users.
    • Collaborate in the Sprint Retrospective, indicating the important points and improvements that will be implemented in the next Sprints.

Challenge 2:

Incorporate updated Open Source Testing and Incident tools according to customer and business needs in the Oracle Retail Migration Project (Venezuela).

Commitment:

Adapt Test Management tools:

    • Analyze and select the appropriate tools together with the Client. Of which were selected:
      • Teslink
      • Mantis
    • Install the selected tools on a server.
    • Documentation of the process carried out
    • Manage and Configure tools:
      • Integrate Testlink with Mantis to provide traceability of issues with test cases.
      • Modify the configuration and .php files in Testlink, in order to include the new execution status and modification of the MB size of the evidence upload.
      • Modify in Testlink the configuration files, .php and .class of the existing tracking reports, in order to include the requested modifications.
      • Modificar en Testlink y Mantis los archivos de configuración para incluir la configuración de envío y recepción de email.
    • Documentation of the process carried out.

Challenge 3:

Functional Testing Service and management of the Testing process under the Waterfall methodology in the Oracle Retail Migration Project (Venezuela).

Commitment:

Offer a functional Testing service under the Waterfall methodology:

    • Gathering of information together with the Development and Functional Team of the different applications and legacies that would be part of the scope of the tests.
    • Develop testing strategy.
    • Carry out exploratory tests in order to define the test cases.
    • Design of functional test case matrices, configuration, integration, systems and regression.
    • Loading the test cases in the Testlink tool.
    • Prepare the necessary data for the tests.
    • Execute end to end test cases.
    • On-demand execution of batch processes in the AWA application.
    • Create, manage and track bugs and improvements in the Mantis tool.
    • Retesting of the corrected faults.
    • Participate in daily meetings with the team, in order to validate the status of the tests, define the strategy together with the entire team (Functional, Developers and Testers) in order to meet the daily goal of executed cases and report on the defects with greatest impact in relation to affected test cases.
    • Send test reports to interested parties.
    • Participate in the Certification of Acceptance Tests (UAT) in conjunction with end users.


Challenge:

Functional Testing Service and management of the Testing process under the Waterfall methodology in different projects and requirements in the different self-management channels: Digitel Online, Digidata, WEB Page, IVR, APP, Billing.

Commitment:

Offer a functional Testing service under the Waterfall methodology:

    • Analyze the evidence bases provided for the Requirements and Projects.
    • Prepare the test plan.
    • Design of the Case Matrices for functional, integration, systems and regression tests, identifying the cases that will be used for Automation tests.
    • Loading the framework and test cases in the ALM tool.
    • Prepare the necessary data for the tests.
    • Run manual and automated test cases.
    • Create, manage and track bugs and improvements in the ALM tool.
    • Retesting of the corrected faults.
    • Send test reports to interested parties.
    • Participate in the Certification of Acceptance Tests (UAT) in conjunction with end users.
    • Prepare the Test Completion Report.
